What was the learner’s situation prior to starting with Antrec? How did they find out about Antrec? What were they hoping to achieve?

Zhor had been unemployed since April 2016, she found out about Antrec at a jobs fair in her local Job Centre. Zhor wanted to find employment in a job which made her happy and when she seen Antrec’s advertised Call Centre training she thought this could be it.

What issues did we need to address? What advice & guidance did Antrec provide?

Zhor was low on confidence but was really enthusiastic about gaining employment. She felt like she was given a lot of guidance on applying for work including interview techniques, key skills in customer service and working within a call centre environment.

What results did we achieve?

Through Kev’s expert teaching Zhor understood and enjoyed learning whilst on course.

What makes this story special?

Through taking the course Zhor has made new friends and achieved the qualifications needed to gain employment.
