Our Star of the week has been chosen from our Ward Host training course which is a whole class full of learners!This week at Antrec, we had a Ward Host training course which was run for those looking for work within the Hospitality industry. This course offered learners the chance to gain a qualification in Customer Service as well as Personal Development. Every learner was very supportive, giving the atmosphere a positive feeling making the course very enjoyable for everyone who had taken part. Our tutor Claire, who had taken the course had this to say: “I couldn’t pick one as my whole group was fantastic! They have all successfully completed their certificate in Personal Development for Employability and Customer Service. They have all made a great effort not only with the work but with each other, and this has created such a great atmosphere throughout class this week where everyone supported one another”. In addition to this, our Stars of the week have already requested to be on our next available Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course showing great attitude into progressing and learning more skills!
