This week at Antrec, our Star Of The Week was chosen from our Taxi VRQ course. Erwin Van Der Helden was a learner on our Taxi course who started the course with very low confidence. Erwin unfortunately failed 2 of his exams, which then put a lot of pressure on him despite having a lack of confidence. If a learner struggles within Antrec, we as a training provider aim to to support all of our learners as much as we can to achieve their full potential. Despite his lack of confidence & failing 2 of his exams, Erwin worked hard to turn his results around and successfully completed the course. Erwin was chosen for his hard work and not giving up despite his failure of his 2 exams.
