In February and March 2020 Antrec are running Taxi VRQ training programmes at Preston Town Hall to help those looking to gain their Level 2 Introduction to the Role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver qualification.
Training runs for a minimum of 5 days, when on programme you will receive not only the Taxi VRQ qualification but training in areas such as First Aid, Safeguarding and Disability Awareness including ADHD, Autism, Deaf and Visual Impairment.
Antrec’s training will make you amongst the most highly trained professional taxi or private hire drivers in the UK. Our Taxi team have several years of experience helping learners get on the road through application support and advice. Tutors can also provide first hand experience of the self employed taxi trade as each of them hold private hire driver licenses.
We service those learners and potential drivers wishing to gain their taxi badge at Preston Council, as well as, Knowsley, Sefton, Liverpool, St Helens and Wirral licensing authorities.
Training is government funded and subject to eligibility we can help fund DBS, medical and taxi badge costs to the sum of £165. Alternatively for commercial customers training is £299.
