As part of our Customer Service training Ramada Southport staff were taught the principles of good customer service through a mixture of classroom delivery, tasks, role play and assessments. The course also touched upon the basic tasks and functions Managers and Mentors could put in place to reinforce the message of good customer service throughout the business, whether entry level or management.
The training was provided to staff to prepare for the upcoming 146th Golf Open being held at the Royal Birkdale golf course between the 16th and 23rd July 2017. Due to the close proximity of the Ramada to the Royal Birkdale a lot of visitors will be stopping by to take advantage of the high quality, 4-star accommodation and food provided by the Ramada Southport.
