This October we have run a sector based work academy in partnership with the Jobcentre Plus, Kura and Delta Taxis. Training included qualifications covering business communication, customer service skills, problem solving, working in a team and various other interpersonal skills.
Those learners that successfully completed our funded adult training programme were put forward to two employers currently looking to hire contact centre staff. Of these learners 14 have been offered roles within Kura and Delta Taxis call centres.
