This week’s Star of the week, was chosen from our Construction course!Andy Foreshaw was one of many learners who had successfully completed our 5 day CSCS course. Our CSCS course, consists of doing exams as well as a practical test to ensure that they gain there qualification and their CSCS labourers card. Our tutor Berni, who had taught the course knew that Andy was the correct person to be chosen for Star of the week, as he had not only successfully completed the course, but he had a positive attitude throughout the course and would help his peers where he could which gave the classroom a positive atmosphere.
We want to wish Andy all the best and good luck for the future on the Construction sites!
All learners to successfully complete our CSCS Construction Skills training programme receive their Green CSCS Labourers card and are now able to access work on sites or projects that require CSCS approved labourers. As mentioned in the recent Liverpool City Region report, 18,000 more construction workers are needed across the Liverpool City Region over the coming years. This is an exciting time to be joining the construction industry with the potential for work especially across Merseyside looking very likely.
