Working alongside our Learner Liaison team each individual will create a plan and set goals. Training might include improving English and Maths skills through Antrec’s Functional Skills programme or a Customer Service qualification. Our training programmes are all geared toward building confidence, improving learners soft skills and ultimately preparing the learner to start some form of employment.
