We offer a route way into work in a call centre environment through our call centre and customer service work ready training programme.

Call & Contact Centre Training

Our call centre training programmes run for 10 days, from 9am to 4pm, Monday through to Friday. Courses run primarily from our Bootle and Liverpool training centres, although we do also operate across the North West so courses may also run from satellite sites across the region.

At Antrec we work alongside reputable, well known call centre employers such as Delta TaxisCarpenters Law, Santander BankThe Contact Company, Search Recruitment and One Vision Housing. Each call centre learner to successfully complete training is guaranteed an interview with one of our employer partners upon successful completion of training.
