At Antrec we take the approach of doing the right thing, for the right person, at the right time. Our Caseload team will meet and introduce themselves to you at induction stage, they will review your progress whilst on programme, evaluate your situation on completion and then provide in work support or regular contact until you no longer need our support.
Did you know that we provide additional support for up to 13 weeks after you complete your training! Once your programme has finished your journey isn’t over. Our highly trained Caseload and Operations team offer CV tips, application form help, offer further training opportunities or can put you forward for vacancies with employer partners.
