At Antrec we work with multiple Call Centre employers across the North West who are actively looking to recruit new staff members to work for them. Our Call Centre training course in partnership with Delta Taxis will run across 3 days with a guaranteed interview upon a successful completion. Our Call Centre training course is available to those who are 19+ & in receipt of benefits, as well as for those who are in a low income of £17,550. Each candidate who is successful within the interview will start their work experience with Delta which will run across 2 weeks. All candidates who successfully complete their work experience with Delta will become a employee of Delta Taxis.
What skills are required in this job?
As you will be completing Antrec’s Call Centre Customer Service training course, you will gain multiple skills along the way which will be required in the role of working at Delta Taxi’s Call Centre. These skills will include, being professional & polite at all times whilst talking to customers and taking their booking. Be able to carry out data using IT software, be able to work on a flexible hours scheme which will include working weekends and be able to pay attention to detail for when it comes to taking a booking.
