So, lets point out the obvious points for why it is important to be employed:
This list can go on and on and shows how important it is to be employed, and this blog I am writing is to give you a reason to get employed and to try and push yourself further.
Have you ever heard that saying, “Push yourself to the limit”? Well I want you to push yourself further than that “LIMIT”. Nothing has a limit to it, only YOU decide when your limit is. If you are looking for a job and you’re not successful, that doesn’t mean you should stop, try and push yourself further. Look at how you can improve your skills, use the support on other from Jobcentre Plus and other government led initiatives. Approach a training provider such as Antrec and see what support is at hand.
So, what can you do now to push yourself further and get a chance to get employed?
At Antrec, we offer government funded courses, which in other words is fully funded so you don’t pay a penny, all we need is yourself to come to one of the course we offer, successfully complete that course, and you will be on your way to a guaranteed interview with an employer. Antrec do things differently to other training providers out there, we match up with employers to offer genuine vacancies and offer 13 weeks worth of support, after training finishes, to help you into employment.
As good as it sounds, I didn’t fully answer that question “what can you do now to get a chance of being employed?”. Well my answer is simple, call or visit Antrec at either of our offices which are based in Liverpool City Centre and Bootle and apply for one of the courses we offer. See it’s that simple! Once you have applied to join one of our work ready training programmes you will be invited to come into Antrec to discuss what career you are interested in, complete paperwork, complete initial assessments and have a chat with a cup of tea (maybe cake – if you are lucky) to one of our highly skilled Caseload Managers. If you successfully complete this course, we don’t stop there… we offer you an interview with an employer.
If this blog has made you want to push yourself further and apply for one of our courses, call 0333 023 7450 or visit our upcoming courses page to see what training we have coming up.
