Danielle is the Operations Manager at Antrec, Danielle is responsible for building relationships with employers that are looking to recruit or develop their workforce as well as managing the Operations team to process and register learners onto each training programme in a timely and efficient manner. When you come into Antrec for a programme whether it is the Adult Social Care, Hospitality, Customer Service, Call Centre or Taxi Driver training course, Danielle and her team will help and support you. This support not only lasts pre-course but during the course and after the course has been completed also.
As the Operations Manager in charge of the reception, admin and caseload area of the business, Danielle strives to keep the atmosphere positive and supportive. This put learners at ease upon visiting the office as for many it can be daunting taking the first steps accessing pre-employment training. Many people come into Antrec with the hope of gaining access to training that will enable them to begin some form of employment whether part or full time. Danielle and her team act as the face of Antrec and follow learners on their journey through Antrec, from initial sign up to when learners complete training or gain employment. Our company mantra of doing the right thing, for the right person, at the right time is managed and delivered by our hard working, dedicated Operations team every day.
Due to the positivity and great feedback that Antrec receive from the learners who come through the door Antrec’s reputation has grown and grown. Organisations now approach Antrec to build a business partnership in order to assist with recruitment, relationships with key referral partners such as the Jobcentre Plus. Each of these organisations come to Antrec for help and support of staff knowing that they will be provided with the grade 1 service Antrec is well known for. Antrec currently achieve well over the industry average for positive outcomes this is something the Operations and whole team are very proud of.
