Matrix standard accreditation is a recognition of an organisations high standards of IAG delivery. Any organisation which manages, administers and delivers an IAG service to support individuals in their career, learning, work or life goals has the chance to achieve matrix accreditation.
A number of strengths were identified during the assessment, such as:
“customised IAG provided… highly effective”
“excellent leadership and management… staff are all committed to the values of the organisation, are fully supported in their development and progression”
“many quality assurance and improvement processes in place… Staff cited many examples of the innovations and improvements they had introduced. ‘We’re constantly looking for improvements in everything we do.'”
“the organisation enjoys a good reputation among partners for its proactivity and willingness to share ideas and good practice”
Big congratulations and well done to all members of staff involved in the reaccreditation process, and also a big thank you to the Assessor John Smith.
