A learner that completed training with us in January has recently been back in touch to let us know that after 6 months she has been promoted and awarded with a new role within her job.
Our Adult Social Care course sees us work with many employers within the social care and support sector, the course offers successful learners a chance to get interviewed by employers with vacancies. At Antrec, we prides ourselves on providing high quality, grade 1 training across a range of industries, as well as an interview each learner receives a qualification as well as 13 weeks worth of support upon finishing the training course. Within this 13 weeks you will have the support and guidance of one of our dedicated Caseload Managers, they will support you to complete application forms, prepare you for interview and give you all round general guidance.
Lexi successfully completed our Adult Social Care course gaining an interview with one of our social care employer partners. Lexi sat down with Caseload Manager Steph to decide which route and role she wanted to apply for after the course had finished, and chose to apply for a role with employer partners Liver Care. Lexi was successful in her interview and was offered the job working as a Care Assistant for Liver Care. Recently Lexi got back in touch with Steph, her assigned Caseload Manager, to pass on the good news that she had now been promoted to the position of Domiciliary Care Manager.
