We are offering two week accredited training programme to help prepare and upskill those interested in progressing into the customer service and call centre industry.
The course itself is due to start on Tuesday 3rd April at our Antrec Liverpool, the address is: Kings Mill Dock, Unit 2, 34 Tabley Street, Liverpool, L1 8DB (it is behind the Hampton by Hilton hotel) and will run from 9:30am till 4pm.
We are holding an information session on Wednesday 28th March for any interested learners. Again this will be at or Liverpool office (listed above).

The above qualifications cover topics and units including; business communication, problem solving, time management and working as a team.
Prospective learners would also develop understanding of working within a call centre environment and everything that entails such as call handling times, working to targets and deadlines and more.
