We work with several Hospitality based employers across Merseyside, offering a 10 day training programme before a guaranteed interview. Currently have multiple full and part time vacancies.
You must be:
Flexible towards shifts, can include evening and weekend work. Reliable and comfortable dealing with the general public, providing a high level of customer service.
At Antrec we work with a whole host of hospitality employer partners based across Merseyside and the North West. Each training course is attached to an employer meaning we can guarantee interviews for those learners that successfully complete training. On our newly structured Hospitality, Retail & Customer Service training courses learners will undertake a Level 1 Certificate in Occupational Studies.
Core modules studied whilst on programme include:
Problem solving at work
Working in a team
Time management skills
Improving own learning and performance
Developing customer service skills
Understanding business communication
Depending on employer or training programme we may also add elements of the following:
L1 Interpersonal Skills
L1 Principles Customer Service
L1 Wellbeing
This new training course typically runs for 10 days, the course has been updated to fall in line with feedback we have received from learners and employers alike.We ask that referrals have a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in the sector. Learners must also reach a minimum of Entry 3 for both Literacy and Numeracy, which will be assessed pre-course.
