Each learner, whether before starting course or whilst on course, can visit the Antrec office at any point to collect various resources to help you prepare for training.
To gain entry onto any of our prestigious employability or commercial training courses you first have to complete a bksb functional skills assessment in both Maths and English. Each learner will need to gain at least an entry level 3 in both tests to progress onto the next stage of the training programme and be placed onto a course. Don’t worry if you are not currently working at the entry level required, we can signpost you to other organisations that can provide you with the support needed to improve your functional skills. All you have to do once you have completed this extra training is book back in with us and resit your bksb assessments in Maths and English.
Antrec also cater for those learners who may require extra support. If you suffer from any form of disability which may prevent you from completing your assessments then we are here to support you. Our Teaching Support team are on hand to help when completing assessment and also when on course.
