Our Service Enterprise Awareness Training gives front line staff the skills & knowledge they need to protect both the customers & themselves and provide outstanding customer service.
In this qualification we support students to explore some of the key issues facing us in today’s world & look at how those issues will impact our working life.
We cover topics such as safeguarding, health and safety, awareness of disabilities and general customer service awareness.
Training can be delivered at either of our Bootle or Liverpool learning centres as well as offsite for employers who may want to purchase this packaged.
