We work with a whole host of hospitality employer partners based across Merseyside and the North West. Each training course is attached to an employer meaning we can guarantee interviews for those learners that successfully complete training.

To start your training journey with Antrec you first need to visit the Antrec head office to complete a bksb functional skills assessment in both Maths and English. If you pass this part of the assessment you move onto the next stage of the programme and will be invited to one of our Hospitality Conferences that we hold on a regular basis. We do have resources available to help you prepare for this assessment but for those who do not pass this stage, the Antrec team are on hand to provide all the support needed in order to improve your Maths and English skills.
Once we have a employer associated to a course we offer each learner to pass initial assessment a place on the course, those that successfully complete training are guaranteed an interview with one of our partner employer organisations.

This new training course typically runs for 5-10 days, the course has been updated to fall in line with feedback we have received from learners and employers alike.
This employability programme is exclusively open to the unemployed in receipt of benefits.
We have partnerships with several employers and look to run a course only when their are job vacancies. Some of our most recent Hospitality, Customer Service & Retail training courses have been run for employers such as; Pontins, Costa Coffee, Burger King, Marston’s, Miyagi’s Restaurant and Verve People.
