The first step in the Contact Centre and Call Centre training requires you to visit the Antrec head office to complete a bksb functional skills assessment in both Maths and English. If you pass this part of the assessment you move onto the next stage of the programme. For those who do not pass this stage the Antrec team are on hand to provide all the support needed in order to improve your Maths and English skills.
The next stage of our tailor made Call Centre training requires the learner to attend one of our Call Centre Conferences. We run and hold regular Call Centre Conferences, these conferences are organised to give you, the learner, information about the job role and what you can expect from a career within a contact/call centre.
This employability programme is exclusively open to the unemployed in receipt of benefits.
Courses are only run when vacancies are available to ensure that learners have realistic job opportunities attached to the programme. This ensures that an interview can be guaranteed at the end of the training programme.
You will receive a Level 1 Certificate in Occupational Studies and receive further help and guidance to prepare you for interview by one of our highly trained Caseload Managers. Caseload Managers are on hand up to 13 weeks after training finishes to make sure we help you back into work.
