Andrew Lee - Finance Director
Andy - Antrec teamAndy is instrumental in ensuring that we offer value for money to our prime contractors and funders. His vision for offering quality services at a price that is affable, realistic and makes business sense has placed Antrec as one of the busiest private hire advanced driver training academies in the UK!

Andy has overall accountability for contractual compliance and funding assurances, ensuring Antrec is delivering what we promise with integrity and honesty.

Andy’s enthusiasm and commitment is contagious and is key in ensuring Antrec’s sustained year on year growth.

Jim Milne - Head of Business & Operations
Jim - Antrec teamWith over 15 years of experience within the welfare to work and skills sector Jim is an expert in operational, contractual and quality management and can utilise his skills to ensure contracts are completed in full, on time and to the highest standards.

Jim is the point of contact for our funders and makes contracted opportunities operational reality.

Jim’s business sense and people development skills ensure we are doing things right and that we aren’t afraid of doing them differently this ensures Antrec are a key player in the sector.

Natalie Taylor-Buck - Head of Curriculum & Quality Assurance
Nat - Antrec teamWith a wealth of experience within internal / external quality assurance, the development of curriculum and education delivery Nat is in the key position to forge forward with Antrec’s self-assessment reporting, quality assurance action planning and assures that Antrec is delivering against all Ofsted regulated guidelines.

Nat is key for operational quality assurance and a valued member of the senior management team.

Nat has developed Antrec’s delivery to ensure we are exceeding common inspection framework guidelines and awarding body guidance and supporting every customer as best we can.

Kevin Roberts - Teaching & Learning Manager, Curriculum Development & Lead IV
Kev is an experienced tutor of over 15 years. He currently teaches the taxi driver and call centre training courses, he also holds a taxi license so has first hand experience of working within the taxi industry.

Kev holds a masters in education and delivers grade 1 training to each and everyone of the learners that pass through his classroom.

Kev is also part of the curriculum development team and works hard to continually update our course delivery to make sure we are in line with current Ofsted regulations and guidelines.

Steve Millward - Tutor/Assessor

Steve is responsible for ensuring operational delivery across a portfolio of contracts.

Steve is a leader of people with exceptional communication skills and has the ability to spot an opportunity in challenging situations.

Steve has experience of working with SFA and ESF contracts along with employer responsive opportunities.

Steve’s experience ensures his teams are conversant contractually, quality assured and delivered with veracity. Steve is also part of the safeguarding team and deals with any safeguarding issues that may occur within the business.

Karen Quinn - Tutor/Assessor

Karen is responsible for planning and delivering a range of vocational training workshops.

Karen works closely with Managers and learners alike to ensure timely achievement of qualifications.

Karen has many years’ experience teaching in inner City Colleges and for training providers. She has a passion for teaching and a commitment to provide the best opportunities for each learner based on their individual needs.

Claire Suthern - Tutor

With over 6 years experience as a Tutor, Claire is responsible for delivering high quality training and endeavours to put learner and employer needs at the forefront of delivery.

Claire completed a Bachelors Honours Degree in Drama & English in 2011 and moved directly into a Teaching Degree (PGDE), that she achieved in 2012. Since then she has gained experience working in both FE Colleges and training providers across the North West.

Claire truly stands by the moto ‘you never stop learning’ and continuously encourages and supports her learners to take their next career steps with this in mind.

Rob McShane - Trainee Tutor

Rob is the newest member of the Antrec tutor team. Rob will be assisting both Kevin and the other tutors in developing the teaching of courses such as our Taxi Driver, Call Centre and Customer Service training.

Rob is gaining as much experience as possible within the training industry and is currently working toward gaining his Level 4 PTLLS.

Rob makes up one of the three married couples to currently work for Antrec with Martina, his wife, working within the Compliance team.

Cormac Lee - Compliance Manager
Cormac - Antrec teamCormac is the gatekeeper to our funders and is responsible for the quality assurance and contractual compliance of our portfolio of contracts.

Cormac has a team of compliance officers based in head office which can boast of a first time acceptance rate of over 95%.

Cormac is experienced in the full range of contractual standards from ESF, SFA, EFA and DWP and works closely with our Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all contracts are delivered to specification and the maximum contractual outputs are achieved with honesty and integrity.

Lucy, Martina & Toni are key to the success of Antrec and make up the team of compliance and quality administrators.

They quality check every learner completed piece of paper and document all required information onto our bespoke databases.

They supply the operational teams with ad-hoc reporting and ensure that we are contractually compliant and operational sound.

Dave Milburn - Caseload Manager
daveDave joined Antrec in October 2016 and will be instrumental in supporting our Commercial and Innovation Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners and employers.

Dave has a combined 15 years’ experience of working with unemployed individuals supporting them to move in to sustainable employment. Ove r the course of this period he has developed a large a robust personal and professional network spanning the Housing, Public and Private Sectors.

Stephanie McBride - Caseload Manager
stephanieStephanie is our Caseload Manager for the pre-employment courses that we run across several sectors. Stephanie works closely with employer partners to source the best vacancies for our learners.

Through Stephanie’s vast experience in recruitment she is able to help each learner through the process of acquiring employment. This includes help with CV’s, application forms and any other areas were help is required.

Stephanie is a valuable team member and will assist anyone who comes through our door to find the best solution.

Annmarie Gilchrist - Antrec Lead AdministratorSarah Dunsmuir - Antrec Office AdministratorOliviaAnnmarie, Sarah, Olivia & Meghan make up our front of house Administration team and are the face of Antrec.

Each of the members that make up the Administration team help manage the office and all diarised events, give support to learners on programme and give support to the operational team to help achieve positive outcomes for each and every customer.

Annmarie, Sarah, Olivia & Meghan are the first point of contact for those making enquiries and referrals. The team provide high quality customer service and will strive to support every customer regardless of whether they are eligible for funded provision or not.

Luke Slater - Marketing & Social Media Executive
Luke - Antrec teamLuke is responsible for all social media and marketing activity that Antrec undertake.

Luke has took the lead in terms of developing and maintaining the company website as well as a redesign of all marketing collateral that the company currently produces.

Luke is currently working toward the PRINCE2 project management certification.

Callum Jones - Marketing & Social Media Apprentice

Callum began his Level 3 Diploma in Social Media for Business Apprenticeship in March 2017.

Callum will be taking the lead managing Antrec’s various social media channels. Callum is responsible for creating creative and informative posts as well as designing graphics and different types of media to share.

Whilst on apprenticeship Callum will spend time with each department within the business to understand exactly how the business works.
