Business Development Executive

Function: Operations

Reports to: Contracts & Business Manager

Salary Band: £24,000 basic, £30,000 OTE (plus performance based bonus)

Geography: Covering the Liverpool City Region

Job Description

You will be committed to delivering outstanding business, training and recruitment solutions for all employers supported by Antrec Limited, to enable them to secure new starters with relevant and occupation skills, and to support with the training and development of their current workforce. You will work with local and National employers, developing an attractive and compelling employer offer that provides as many training, upskill and work focused opportunities for our customers as possible.

Tutor / Assessor (Taxi & Employability programmes – Lancashire & Merseyside)

Function: Operations

Reports to: Teaching & Learning Manager

Salary Band: £24,000 to £27,000 (plus bonus) – initial fixed term 9-month contract

Job Description

Plan and deliver programme content enabling customers to meet learning and development targets and move towards sustainable outcomes. As a key player in the integrated employment and skills agenda, our Tutors have responsibility for ensuring that learners can access a range of high quality learning and training opportunities. Tutors are central to driving the performance of our operations across a range of key performance indicators.

Management Accountant

Function: SMT Support

Reports to: Director of Finance

Salary Band: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (negotiable dependent on experience)

Job Description

This is a new role for Antrec as we evolve and develop as an organisation. We are actively pursuing the services of a management accountant to work as an in-house guru for our organisation and who’ll also be a part of the new business offerings we are looking to develop as we look to future proof our business.
